Dr. Vuong's research interests are聽in the development of new radiation targeted modalities for rectal cancer;聽Colo-rectal cancer screening program and early rectal cancer in a聽joint聽research program with the Psychosocial Oncology Service at the JGH.聽In addition, in collaboration with the Polytechnique School of Engineering at the University of Montreal, Dr. Vuong has been involved in the聽development of a targeted radio-sensitizer based on a nanorobotic delivery system using Mc-1 Magnetotactic Bacteria.聽
