This 3-hour interactive workshop is designed to support managers in supervisory roles to become more effective in leading their staff.聽
The underlying concept of Situational Leadership庐 is that there is no one best way to lead all individuals. By considering a person鈥檚 ability to perform a task as well as their motivation to do so, supervisors will learn to identify the best leadership style to use to help move the employee to higher performance.聽
At the end of this workshop, participants will have a working knowledge of the Situational Leadership Model庐 and how to apply it in their own contexts.
