Master of Urban Planning (M.U.P.)

The M.U.P. program offered by the School is professionally accredited by the and the by way of Canada's . Graduates of the program can become full members of these professional organisations once they have met their respective post-graduation requirements. The School is also an associate member of the U.S.-based ; its students can become Student Members of the .

There are three pathways within the M.U.P. program, with choices typically being made at the end of the first year of studies:

  • the core program, which most students follow
  • the concentration in Transportation Planning
  • the concentration in Urban Development and Urban Design

Students who are admitted have typically completed their bachelor’s degree and obtained some work experience after graduation.
