Returning for its ninth year the Summer Institute in Infectious Diseases and Global Health is offering 9 engaging courses in 2024!
Our offerings attract students looking for a deeper understanding of key infectious disease topics and attract working researchers and clinicians looking for professional development courses taught by leaders in the field. The schedule of courses for 2024 is below. Links to each course page provide more details of what will be taught and exact dates, times, and format of the courses.
The 2024 edition of the Institute in Infectious Diseases and Global Health features 9 diverse courses that offer a range of learning on topics from research methods to the latest about diagnostics. This year we welcome a new online course “Nutrition and Tuberculosis” and a clinical update course “Providing Health Care to Refugee, Immigrant and Migrant Populations”. Many courses are offering in-person options this year and we encourage you to join us in Montreal!
Courses are taught by leaders in the field of infectious diseases at 鶹 and the 鶹 Health Centre. Topics include TB, HIV, AIDS, tropical diseases, and COVID-19. In addition, we bring a wide variety of guest faculty from all over the world to give their unique perspective. Learn more about who is teaching the courses.
Participants are encouraged to take as many courses as fit in their schedule. A certificate of participation will be issued for each course.
