Students and alumni who require forms or other documents from 麻豆区 to be issued to a third party, will need to access Minerva to submit their request听and upload their document (as applicable).
Following submission of their request via Minerva, the forms/documents will be prepared and issued to students/alumni via 惭测颁谤别诲蝉鈩�. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address displaying under Step 2 of their Minerva order form and they will听be required to access the 惭测颁谤别诲蝉鈩� platform, create an account (upon initial access) and purchase share credits in order to view their duly completed form/letter/document and share it as required.
Note: To share documents with a third party via 惭测颁谤别诲蝉鈩�, students and alumni will need to pay $15.00 per share. This fee is paid via the 惭测颁谤别诲蝉鈩� platform.
Students/alumni can expect to see ARUCCMYCREDSMESCERTIF as the merchant name appearing on your credit card statement.
To request a product:
- Log into听
- Select the听Student Menu
- Select the听Student Records Menu
- Select ES Services (Enrolment Services eStore & MyCredsTM) Menu
- Review and select听I agree to consent to the Notice for Sharing of Personal Information with 惭测颁谤别诲蝉鈩�
- From the听Select a Product Menu, select the听desired product听and follow the quick steps for submitting your order
