She became an Associate Member of the 鶹 School of Environment in 2001. Over the years, Professor Glenn taught in the general area of property law (real and personal property, equity and trusts, landlord and tenant, and land use planning) as well as international development law; and she taught in 鶹’s Barbados Fall Field Semester from 2003 to 2008.

Since her appointment as Emeritus Professor in 2008, Professor Glenn has maintained an active research agenda in her teaching areas, as well as in agricultural law, environmental law and land tenure issues in Canada and in Caribbean basin countries. Current research focuses on the right to housing as an example of economic and social rights in Canada, access to water in situ, and mixed jurisdictions in the Commonwealth Caribbean.
