Welcome to Faculty Development
Faculty Development encompasses a variety of activities that institutions offer to support and enhance the skills of teachers and educators in their diverse academic responsibilities. These activities aim to improve skills in teaching, learning, leadership, management, and research.

Mission Statement:听The division of Faculty Development is committed to maintaining and improving the skills and comfort of our university site and community faculty members in their teaching, administrative, and research responsibilities, through educational and departmental activities delivered in traditional and modern ways.
We work alongside听Continuing Professional Development (CPD), whose activities are designed to help maintain medical competence by keeping physicians up to date with the latest developments in the medical field.
We are here to help. Our program is comprised of Clinical Teachers, administrators, and Family Medicine Researchers whose main goal is to provide high-quality faculty development programming to support our faculty in their teaching and academic roles.
We provide programming through:

- Synchronous, hybrid longitudinal courses
- Microlearning asynchronous activities
- Workshops
- And more!
We work closely with CPD to ensure that most of our programs are accredited.
