- Ensure that your documentation is uploaded no later than noon the business day before your appointment.Ìý

Book an Appointment
- Access the ClockWork site
- Select " and choose the type of appointment you want, with whom, the date, and confirm.
Your upcoming appointments are visible in the "" module in ClockWork.

Review and Confirm Your Accommodations
At the beginning of each semester you must review and confirm your accommodations:
- In ClockWork, select "Review and Confirm My Accommodations".
- Request your accommodations: select the term, courses, and accommodations you would like to use for each course.*
- Confirm if your accommodations require any changes, and submit.
*Requesting your course-specific accommodations is a requirement.ÌýUntil this is done, you will not have access to: scheduling exams, alternate format requests, note-taking, and reasonable consideration requests.

Schedule a Test or Exam
- Complete the module and select yourÌýcourse-specific accommodations. The accommodations selected here are the ones that will be available to you when booking your exams for the selected course.Ìý
- In ClockWork, select
- SelectÌý"Schedule a test, mid-term or quiz"
- Select yourÌýcourse and enter theÌýcourse and accommodation information.Ìý
- Confirm and Complete Test/Exam Booking.
View your booked exams in "My Upcoming Events" in the Student Test/Exam Booking and Accommodations module.

Access Your Calendar
In ClockWork, select "My Calendar".Ìý Your calendar displays your upcoming appointments, tests or exams with Student Accessibility and Achievement.Ìý You can cancel appointments or tests here as well.

Request Alternate Format
If alternate format is one of your accommodations:
- In ClockWork, select "", and start a new request.ÌýÌý
- Look under your "Registered Courses" for any alternate format material that is already available in the Student Accessibility and Achievement database for your course, and/or search for books by title or ISBN.
- If your book is not available, complete a "Request for Alternate Format Material Not Available in the Database" in .

Access Alternate Format Files
- Select ""
- Select "My requests".Ìý When materials are ready for download, click the download item.Ìý
- If you have requested a hard copy format (such as Braille), you will need to present yourself at the Student Accessibility and Achievement office to pick it up.

Request Notes
If you have the peer note-sharing or paid note-taking accommodation:
- Complete the module and ensure that "Access to Note-User Module" has been selected for the course in which you wish to request notes.
- In ClockWork, select "".
- Your list of courses appears. Request a note take for each course that you require a note-taker.

Provide Notes
- In ClockWork, select the "" module
- Follow the Note Taker Registration wizard and upload your sample notes.
If you have been selected as a note-taker by Student Accessibility and Achievement:
- In ClockWork, selectÌý"" module
- Select the "courses/notes" tab. Beside the course you want to provide notes for,Ìýselect "upload my lecture notes" and "submit".

Upload Test Information and Exam Copy
- In theÌýÌýreview the instructor information and click "Courses".
- Select the term, course, and "Tests and Exams" beside the course. The Test/Exam Information wizard will launch.
- Confirm test information, and select "submit changes" to upload a digital copy of the test.
*If the test has not already been created, you must create it yourself by entering the date and selecting "Add this test".Ìý The Test/Exam Information wizard will launch.
