Program Requirements

Ce certificat de compétence en anglais écrit pour la communication professionnelle (non assorti d'unités) a été conçu dans le but d'offrir une formation intensive en français écrit, du niveau intermédiaire moyen jusqu'au niveau avancé, aux étudiants dont le français n'est pas la langue maternelle. À chaque niveau, le programme traite d'objectifs linguistiques précis, de différents styles d'écriture fréquemment utilisés en milieu de travail et d'approches pour communiquer efficacement par écrit. Le programme intègre l'acquisition des compétences linguistiques, pratiques et de communication nécessaires dans le milieu professionnel et un suivi pédagogique rigoureux. Les trois niveaux du programme, sont compatibles avec des cadres de références canadiens et internationaux à l'égard des langues comme les Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens (NCLC), le guide des compétences de l'American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) et le Cadre européen commun de référence pour les langues (CECR).

Explores English grammatical rules, thematic vocabulary, and self-correction strategies through a variety of exercises and writing tasks embedded in common work-related situations
