The Azrieli Neurodevelopment Clinic is a highly specialized clinical service at The Neuro offering expert care for individuals aged 16 and over with neurodevelopmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders and/or intellectual disabilities. Our clinic is supported by a compassionate multidisciplinary team that includes a neurologist, neurogeneticist, and psychiatrist, all focused on providing personalized care tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

Research is a fundamental aspect of our clinic, with ongoing projects designed to enhance our understanding of neurodevelopmental disorders and develop innovative treatments. We encourage our patients to be part of these research endeavors, contributing to scientific advancements and potentially benefiting from breakthrough therapies.

Patients seeking our specialized services must fulfill the following criteria:
- Be at least 16 years of age, and
- Have a neurodevelopmental disability.
Our key services encompass:
- In-depth evaluations to identify the causes of neurodevelopmental disorders, including genetic assessments.
- Management of neurological conditions such as epilepsy.
- Care for psychiatric co-morbidities, including psychopharmacology treatments.
Please note, for the assessment of autism, a referral from a family physician is required. This process ensures that all necessary medical information is considered to provide the best possible care.
Clinicians should fax the necessary documentation for referral to 514-398-1276.
Second opinion referrals will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
