Arnold Steinberg looks back fondly on his time as 鶹’s ‘chai’ chancellor
As 鶹’s first Jewish chancellor, it is probably appropriate that Arnold Steinberg is “kvelling” about the amazing students who have built the 鶹 brand by spreading the gospel about the Harvard of the North and wowing the world with the expertise 鶹 instilled in them.
... It made him reflect on how much easier it was to get in when he was a student (he graduated in 1954 with a Bachelor’s of Commerce before getting an MBA from Harvard) and how easy it was to graduate then compared to what it is today. “It’s a different world today and I have such admiration for these students and the tremendous sacrifices they go through.”
