This 90-minute workshop consisting of two sessions will introduce students to a variety of cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to help manage anxiety and mood, including strategies for relaxation, managing stress, and achieving more balanced thinking.

Distress tolerance is a core skill that is useful in times of crisis. This 2-session workshop (February 11 & 18) will teach you concrete skills such as radical acceptance, improving the moment, and self-soothing to better cope in challenging/stressful situations. ĚýĚý
Take a break with your Local Wellness Advisor, a member of the Arts OASIS team and your peers. This is a time to relax with free tea and hot chocolate and an opportunity to chat about wellness and/or academic advising. Please bring your own mug to enjoy hot chocolate or tea.

With Valentine’s Day coming up, we are eager to welcome you to a sex ed workshop hosted at HLA in company of two sexologists. The workshop aims to be a drop-in event during which you can discuss different topics around sex and ask your questions to the two sexologists in a form on Q&A.
